This 2-hour workshop gives you a flavor of what Modern Mystery School has to offer, particularly its Path of Progression.
You will get to observe how the setting up of the temple space is finalized, to learn what Empower Thyself Class & Initiation is, how you can become an Adept Initiate and its many benefits.
You will experience many rituals, and receive some to take home and use in your daily life.
The importance of meditation and its different levels will be discussed.You will experience Sanctuary Meditation, journey to your sanctuary, meet your Higher Self and get some answers.
It ends with a powerful and beautiful Closing Ceremony of high vibration, although you are welcome to stay longer to ask any questions you may have.

Based on a fusion of ancient techniques of Yoga and Mind Acrobatics combined with modern techniques of Psychology and Neuro-linguistic Programming, this system is developed by Founder Gudni Gudnason who travelled the world for over 40 years exploring the phenomena of the mind and people. He learned the ancient methods from prominent teachers in India and Tibet, and received degress in NLP and Psychology in Europe.
It has 5 components: relaxation, passive meditation, active meditation, guided visualization and soothing down.
You will be sitting down in your comfort and follow the guidance from Jin.
