What to expect on the day of Life Activation? What do I need to prepare?
You will be invited to the healing space of the Life Activation Practitioner,
there are 3 parts of the session:
First part is the energy alignment, you may be sitting or standing, the practitioner will conduct a number of alignment around you.
Second part is the light infusion, you will be sat on a chair all the way through. You will be presented the tool prior.
Third part is a brief reading while you are still sitting.
There may be slight touch on your body and you will be notified before hand.
Be well hydrated before and after the session, dress comfortably.

After Care:
